WP5 will produce:
AIM Guidelines for practitioners:
This WP will synthesize the findings from the previous WPs & produce a set of guidelines that will enable VET providers & the support system to the upskilling of MSMEs’ workforce to adopt & replicate AIM resources & experiences.
The document will highlight:
-guidelines for adopting the training resources, materials & tools & its transferability in other domains of practice.
-lessons learned from the piloting phase, essential takeaways from all partners, & general stakeholder engagement practices (which AI tools are most appropriate for integration into educational practice? or doubts expressed by students during the training.)
The policy recommendations will be targeted at policymakers & other relevant stakeholders, with the aim of promoting the uptake of AI tools within the wider community of decisions makers operating in the field of digitalisation, business development & private sector.
This document is the “institutional & operational memory” of the Project, consolidating results, findings & policy features experimented at implementation that is poised to inform policies & programmes in the digital upskilling of MSME operators.
The AIM Policy Recommendations collect the lessons learned & praxis accrued at the implementation of the Project, translating the results and impacts of WP2, 3 & 4 into a policy document that puts forward evidence for policymakers.
