Healthy Workplace Sweden AB was formed in December 2020 by a group of academics and practitioners passionate about translating current research into practical applications for systematic promotion of the work environment. The company's mission is to bridge ideas to actionable outcomes, drawing inspiration from WHO's Healthy Workplace - a model for action (2010). It focuses on creating health-conscious organizations where both the organization and its employees thrive and perform effectively over time for sustainable working life and health promotion, and organizing events to enhance workplace sustainability.  
Collaboration with AIM: As an associated partner in the AIM consortium, Healthy Workplace Sweden contributes value by sharing expertise in workplace health and sustainability, which supports the project's mapping of AI resources, development of training curricula, and creation of the Digital Warehouse to help MSMEs integrate AI for improved employee well-being and organizational efficiency. In return, the company gains value through access to a network of AI tools, best practices, and collaborative opportunities that enhance its own digital capabilities, foster innovation in health promotion strategies, and promote economic growth for MSMEs across Europe.
